However, if necessary, we will proceed with litigation on our clients' behalf anywhere in the continental United States. All attorneys belong to the Commercial Law League of America, meaning attorneys in every state in the USA are available to our company.
Because of our established relationships, Stevens & James, Inc. can negotiate and will pass on significant discounts to our clients. Any case that must enter the legal system will be handled on a straight contingency basis - and there will be no non-contingent up front fees.
